FAQ

Q: How will the driver locate me at the airport?
A: The assigned driver will be waiting in arrivals hall with a board displaying your name. If you cannot find him/her please contact the office.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We accept all major credit cards except diners. Alternatively payment can be made by cash (UK sterling).

Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?
A: We monitor your flight and despatch the driver accordingly. Average time from landing into arrivals hall is 30-45 minutes. After this point the driver will give you call to confirm he/she is there. If you are delayed due to immigration or baggage problems please inform our office.

Q: How long will the driver wait for us and is there an extra charge?
A: A one hour waiting time is free of charge for collections from airports and will be calculated from the time the flight landed. After which any waiting time and any additional parking charges in excess of the set amount for the airport will apply.
